New floor tile material for public space

Lifelinetm green floor tile is the first new floor material made of 80% natural mineral and 20% PVC free thermoplastic polymer. The strong green earth is strong enough for any space of different uses and easy to clean. Most importantly, the green earth is harmless to the ecology.

Green earth (lifelinetm) environmental protection floor tiles are used for household to light industry through the range of EN 685:21-43. They have the characteristics that all public space floor materials should have: durability, scratch resistance, easy maintenance, easy installation, fire protection, low radioactivity, excellent dimensional accuracy and stability. In addition, green earth also meets the extremely strict environmental protection requirements, that is, PVC is not included.

	防火性 綠大地（LifeLineTM）環保地磚地磚防火性能優於一般乙烯基地磚、亞麻油毯及橡膠地磚。本身為火焰蔓衍度低，低煙霧且低熱度產品。因此，根據EN 13501-1標準，LifeLine TM被分類為防火級數Bfl-s1。

	耐磨性 綠大地（LifeLineTM）環保地磚的耐磨表面是飽含ionomer及與高爾夫球相同的材質，屬於耐磨最高等級T群組（EN 660-2 Frick-Taber測試）及可承受堆高機行駛（EN 1818 工業用輪胎影響），此特色為抗壓痕且耐刮，因此適用於交通頻繁的公共空間且產品壽命長。
	海事認證 綠大地（LifeLineTM）環保地磚遵照海事設備規則（Marine Equipment Directive）中的B及D參數。並獲得DNV的車舵認證，符合由國際海事組織（International Maritime Organization）所制定的輪船用地材標準。此材質不會產生有毒燃燒氣體，低煙霧產生及火焰蔓延慢。

Complete PVC free products

There are 25 colors (non directional fragmentary design) for lifelinetm environmental protection floor tiles to choose from and easy to cut with ordinary tools. Whether on site or customized, it provides the possibility of your floor tile process design. According to your wish, you can also cut by water cutting to combine different contrast, brightness and warmth, softness and harmony. The appearance of green earth is uniform, so the joints are tight and not obvious. We also have all kinds of welding rods and skirting for matching. Of course, they do not contain PVC. The seam can be welded with welding rod to emphasize the line of floor tile and make the appearance of floor tile more vivid. Weldable skirting – g 100 pf s is used to weld green tiles in lifelinetm, making the tiles more closely connected with the wall. Traditional skirting - G70 PF (H: 70 mm) is also available.

Easy to install

It is easy to install the environmental protection floor tiles of lifelinetm without special tools and construction methods. The floor tiles on the back are rolled to make the adhesion better and are constructed with water-based acrylic dispersion adhesives. If necessary, it can also be welded. Low maintenance cost

Dust will not penetrate into the full ionomer wear-resistant layer, thus ensuring low maintenance cost and easy maintenance. It has excellent resistance to all kinds of chemicals such as acid, alkali and solvent, and it does not work on the polisher and does not need polishing. Daily maintenance requires only mop cleaning or neutral or slightly alkaline detergent.
